Why my newborn sessions are natural | No forced posing or artificial setups
I do not need costumes, buckets or impossible poses to create beautiful memories of your baby.
When many families think about newborn photography, they imagine babies inside buckets, surrounded by fabrics, costumes or placed in impossible positions.
And while that style exists, it is not how I understand newborn photography.
My way of working focuses on something much simpler: remembering your baby exactly as they truly were.
A baby does not need to become “something”
I do not need to transform your baby into a character, a flower or part of a setup.
I do not need to hide them behind accessories.
Because what truly matters is already there.
Their tiny hands.
Their skin.
Their gestures.
The way they fall asleep on you.
The way they fit perfectly in your arms.
That is what will truly matter years from now.
No forced posing
I work with naturality and respect for the baby’s rhythm.
I do not force uncomfortable positions or create artificial poses that do not reflect what a newborn is really like.
Every baby has their own way of sleeping, moving and feeling safe.
The session adapts to them, not the other way around.
Less artificial, more emotional
As the years pass, the most special photographs are usually the simplest ones.
The ones that still make you emotional when you look back at them.
That is why my newborn photography focuses on a clean, delicate and timeless aesthetic.
No distracting elements.
No loud colours.
No trends that quickly feel outdated.
Just your baby and your story.
The real beauty of the first days
Those first days pass incredibly fast.
And very often, once everything changes, parents barely remember the smallest details:
- The way they slept.
- How tiny they were.
- How they rested their head on your chest.
- How they fit inside your hands.
My goal is not to create a “perfect” photograph.
It is to help you preserve real memories of a stage that disappears within weeks.
In summary
My newborn style is not about impressing with elaborate setups.
It is about creating images that will still move you many years from now.
Because when time passes, you will not need to remember the accessory that appeared in the photograph.
You will need to remember what your baby was truly like.
